Shipped without a lid and the product exposed? How am I supposed to trust this. Then make me go to the trouble and expense of packaging it up and making a trip to UPS to return it?NO good marks for this one..... :(

It's meh.
Seems to have too much coconut oil. I don't think my beard likes it that much. Makes it a little crunchy.
