The book includes notes for the famous battlefields of Waterloo and of Flanders.As with other Rick Steves guides, the enterprising traveler is encouraged to read the whole book and digest the many details before committing money to a trip. The book includes a nice selection of color and black & white photographs, and some useful maps for exploring cities and moving around Belgium. Well recommended.
