Works really fast!

I was expecting to take these for a month before noticing any changes…the first night, I took two and in 30 mins I was ready for sleep. I also take prescription sleep meds and Zzquil. Unfortunately, after all that, I still stay up and overthink & have ptsd episodes. For the last two nights my brain has been quiet before bed. I also haven’t been waking up anxious, which is such a relief. This is a great product!

Helps me sleep better. Don't take if you take SSRI medication.

I got these for relaxation/stress relief, but I take them before bed and my sleep quality has been much better. Used to hardly ever dream, but I've had dreams every night since I started taking them. Most of the ingredients in this are supposed to help with REM sleep, which is the sleep state that dreams occur and the deepest sleep so based on the increase in dreams I'm having I would say that it's working.The taste is OK. They are kind of sticky and stick together in the bottle.My husband was going to try them too, but I always check supplements against our medications, and since this supplement can increase serotonin I read it's not advised to take with SSRI medication. So I was glad I checked before he took any.

Sad about change in product

I just reordered 6 bottles and realized when they were delivered that the product had changed. Not only did they remove chamomile and b3 & b6, it no longer tastes good, and they’ve added magnesium which is a diuretic. Disappointed with the changes. It took me forever to find the original which was perfect. Not sure if I’ll order again. Kind of bummed.
