Disappointed
The item arrived inside a secondary box with the original box badly damaged inside. The bouncy castle was clearly well used and very muddy and mouldy and far from brand new. Very disappointing for a 4 year old on their birthday. If new the product would likely be good and ideally I will get a replacement.
