Nintendo Selects : Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Nintendo Wii)

Grandchildren (8 and 10) can’t wait to crank this game up. The graphics are amazing, each character has special powers and you can create your battle scenes. 4 player game but the two grandchildren set the computer to operate two characters and increase the vulnerability so just a couple of blows sends them shooting off the screen time and time again. Brilliant entertainment

I read a review that said if you have wii that you bought before 2010 this game would or work on it.we bought our wii in 2008 and this game works fine on it.i have not played any of the previous games in the series but this game is really fun and easy to get the hang of

This is a fantastic game in all respects but I have to admit it is a bit pricey for an old game. I guess you can't find old games these days so you have to pay a bit more for them.

Simply one of the best games ever made by Nintendo. The graphics are superb and the game play is addictive and never ending. There is plenty to do and will keep you occupied for months to complete!

Arrived quickly, well packaged and my kids 8 & 9 all love playing this game. We have had it for a few months now and it has stood the test of time and is a regular favourite.

This is the second disk we have received and neither works on our machine despite cleaning the Wii heads, the disk refuses to load. Buyers should be aware that due to the technical 'layered' coating on the disk it will only play apparently on Wii consoles newer than 2010 we have been told. Our console was purchased in 2008. The game does not state this though, and I have a very unhappy son as he can't play the game!

It's a lovely game. Perhaps a bit more cutesy than the Super Smash Bros. Melee but that is what you would expect with a wii game.
