I love Bitters
I really wish Bitters were more available here in the UK, as I think they are one of the nicest drinks in warm weather. I am unable to drink alcohol, so I 'kid' myself by sitting down with a glass of bitters & some nuts all the while pretending I am in Italy or Spain. These bitters are considered 'Dry', but there is not a lot difference to the red bitters. Well, not according to my palate.
