I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I really liked this and thought it did a pretty great job with the sterling silver and silver plate in my house. I was also surprised by the lack of elbow grease required to get rid of the icky stuff on some of my pieces. I don’t have much elbow grease to give so I found this to be quite a relief! I’m really not sure why so many people thought this was going to be a watery liquid because I did not get that impression. It’s more of a liquid paste, which makes sense given the warning about precious and semi-precious stones. I’ve included a photo of a half-completed silver plated bowl I polished in about 45 seconds. A little does go a long way, and you can keep polishing with good results even after your polishing cloth has turned black. I usually use a combination of disposable makeup wipes (the towel-like ones that are really soft) and complimentary shoe mitt cloths from hotel rooms (Husband travels a lot and he knows I put the freebies to good use). I absolutely would order this silver polish again.

I wish I had the same experience as everyone else but sadly I did not like this product. I used it to clean my rings with needed some shine but after using this I didn't see a difference. In fact, it looks cloudy and dirtier than before. I know this stuff gets into the grooves of the ring which is why it isn't glittering but I just found this hard to use as a cleaning agent for my rings. I'll save this for silverware and other items instead. I much prefer the liquid jewelry cleaning solution where you drop it in and fish it out after a few minutes - that stuff makes my rings shine bright like a diamond, literally.

Works great! If you have any problem your piece probably is not silver because this product cleaned all of my silves jewels. It was so easy with little product I could cleaned a lot so this is probably going to last a long time.

This silver cleaner works great for jewelry. I prefer using a paste silver cleaner, like my favorite MAAS for larger items, like tea sets or flatware. This silver cleaner is great for renewing a shine on your rings and pendants. It is great for shining up a silver chain, because it won't leave residue stuck between the links. I recommend it.
