This heating pad has been very useful for me. I purchased it for when I have severe period cramps and I don't want to be tied down by my plug-in heating pad. It is also a nice relief for after ab workouts. I just had surgery to remove endometriosis and it came in handy for my outpatient recovery and whenever I was not in bed. I have not had the need to use the vibration or the scent packs. I recommend purchasing a second battery to be able to swap them as needed.

This heat pack is amazing! I have been using it for the last two weeks, and it has been a lifesaver. When I'm on my period, I use it for cramps, but other times it has been a great general lap and seat warmer. The battery life is on average 2 hours, but I just plug into my own power bank, and it lasts longer. Honestly, I love it, and on the ikkiest days of my period, this heating pad made me feel like I could take on the world :) Treat yourself and get something functional!

I was so excited to use this, but I patiently waited the 4 hours to charge it before the first use so I did not mess up the battery life! It's a beautiful color, an almost entirely flat design (so flat I thought it was missing the components!), and it's efficient! It has multiple different massage styles, but you cannot adjust the intensity of them. I think some are very odd, especially in sound! It sounds like your cell phone is ringing or going off 😂 The heat gets hot on the high setting, which it defaults to when you first turn it on! I will say- to feel the massage best, it needs to be on the skin, but be careful because the heat can get too warm for direct skin contact. It is invisible under clothing, aside from the battery pack, which is probably my biggest complaint. There were not adequate directions of how to attach the battery pack to the actual belt, so I had to trial and error until I figured it out on my own. The directions dont explain what all the different outputs are on it and the usb did not seamlessly fit into the port, which is a little unsightly. Getting the belt unbuckled also took some messing with before I figured it out. I think overall, it's an amazing product that fits the need for heat and cramp relief on the go, or when you can't stay in bed attached to a heating pad at home. I love that I can wear it while I do housework! Pixie Cup is also my go to for period care. I bought their disc starter kit, and I haven't looked back. They are super supportive, their branding is on point and they truly care when you do need to talk to them about an issue or have a question. I think with a few minor updates and some more directions, it would be perfect!! 😊

Bought this for my girlfriend and we had a small issue with the battery pack charging but I contacted customer service and they got back to me same day and shipped out a new one super quick. Girlfriend loves this belt says the cramps go away while she has it on and should have got this sooner. 10/10 Product!!

This product is amazing— and their customer service is top notch! Unfortunately, the initial belt I received was defective and would not charge with the provided cord. I reached out to advise them of the issue, and they responded within a couple of hours and immediately offered to send me a replacement. It arrived within 2 days and works perfectly. I absolutely love the heat and massage settings on this product. It is discrete and comfortable. The belt is soft and an extension is also provided for plus sized humans. The herbal pack smells amazing and is extra soothing. It seems the battery is long lasting as I have been wearing it for about 3 hours, and it is still going strong! Highly recommend this item. Also, my best friend used it to soothe her sore chest following her recent double mastectomy, so it can be used as a tool for all sorts of aches and pains.

This is great when it works but the battery pack is horrible at holding a charge. It takes 3-4 hours to fully charge and once using it only last about 1-1.5 hours. For the price I feel like it should perform better

This product is incredible! It is true that the battery only lasts a handful of hours, so I use it as a backup when I can't stay plugged in. It gets really hot, is super comfortable, and just what I needed!

This is hands down the best idea I’ve ever seen. I am a heating pad enthusiast if you’d put it and I have extremely bad cramps that are debilitating and make it hard to go to work or move about so I’m stuck to the couch or bed with the plugged in heating pad. I even sleep with one. This makes it so convenient to do hours chores or bring to work. This one is so sleek and isn’t noticeable at all. The instructions are very clear and they set you up with the expectations of this product -charge time - heat changes etc. I finally used mine this month and I’m just in awe.I charged as recommended before use and the material is nice against bare skin. The only only issue I have is that the seem on the left side scratches on the skin so I’ll need to insert a tissue or something to protect that part. The high heat stays on for a while (I think it’s 15 mins) before switching to the medium heat. The vibrations actually help (that’s a first idea I’ve never heard of ) I also enjoy thr herbal sachets, I actually feel like they do something and they are not strong at all you won’t be able to smell them. I’m excited that they included a belt extender but I already lost the battery satchel that fits into the belt loop (my mistake) but I reached out in hopes I can buy a new one. Makes it hard to move with the battery hanging down.Overall this is innovative and functional. Fist great and I’m going to buy another.
