BioCare Nutrisorb Vitamin D3 400iu | for Immune & Bone Support - 15ml

On the way to finding out what was going wrong with my liver, my Gastroenterologist discovered a vitamin D deficiency. As it's not possible to get enough vitamin D from food, I have to supplement during the winter months.Taking vitamin D in pill form quickly got tiring and a friend put me on to this wonderful product from BioCare. It tastes exactly like olive oil, and can be added to juice, water, bread or anything else you happen to eating. I simply squeeze a single drop onto my tongue every morning.I was buying this product directly from the BioCare website, but it's actually £1 cheaper to get it through SuperfoodUK's Amazon store when delivery costs are taken into account.One of these 15 ml bottles lasts me 60-90 days. If there's an easier (or more pleasant) way to take vitamin D - I haven't found it yet. Thoroughly recommended!

Very natural product, which pleases me. Dislike supplements with added binders etc.

Easily taken, and absorbed. Why in such small bottles, with the recommendations you go through a bottle very quickly and produce too much waste. I ordered 3 at the same time, imagine if I hadn’t!!

These are good as my son who has autism can’t absorb vitamin d through digestion as he has chronic sibo. He won’t let us put them under his tongue so we just pull his bottom lip out and drop a few drops into his bottom gum. His vitamin d has gone up considerably and he doesn’t have any intolerances to the product.

I agree with the previous reviewer who states how easy this supplement is to take and how pleasant it is however, the RDA for vitamin D is 600iu. According to the information on the bottle, 4 drops of this supplement give you 400iu, so I assume 6 drops will give you the RDA of 600iu. Taking one drop a day, as the previous reviewer was doing is totally inadequate. There are stronger drops available on the market where one drop is sufficient and therefore the product lasts longer. If you want a low powered supplement then this is fine otherwise buy something stronger.

Took ten drops to start (400mcg per drop) I work that as four thousand which is still less than the ten thousand my body can safely handle so far.

A good product for those of us whose Vitamin D count is low. Very speedy delivery - ordered Thursday am, delivery Thursday evening!!
