As someone who only used Philips trimmers till now, I saw a great deal on this when my then current trimmer was acting up. I think around 1.5k or even cheaper ? I bought it without thinking twice and it was one of the best purchases ever. Must have been a year ago by now I think. As someone who could only get half a trim in with the Philips one, being able to use a trimmer worry free for as long as you want, then still have charge for the next few trims is amazing to have. Have only charged it once this entire time.It has certainly spoiled me. Makes my wonder what kind of battery Phillips used.... Apart from low battery issues, the Phillips ones would also have reliability issues. One of them developed a mind of its own and would turn on and off at will...Anyways, back to the topic.The lcd screen is great to have. The gunmetal colour and overall build is pretty sick too, love it. Amazing battery life. The one adjustable clip was a feature I wanted and glad it had this, very useful. (Comes with more clips in the box too). Water-resistance seems to be fine till now. Usb type c is also a big plus.Cons-There is a very small fitting issue with the default clip, but basically it does not sit 100 percent clean and flush, it moves ever so slightly. Not a big issue, but considering trimming is a work of precision, any movement like that is not good. Still, a very minor "issue", if at all.Value for money big time though. Big upgrade from more expensive yet way worse Phillips trimmers.If anything else comes up, I will be sure to update.

This trimmer has good battery life than other trimmers that i used before and has a type c charging. The looks of the trimmer looks premium and the performance also not bad

Everything is perfect, the type c charging, the travel lock , the ipx7 water resistance, the build quality everything is perfectThere is no 0 trimming, if u remove the clip and try to 0 trim then u might feel that blades will cut or irritate on the skinIf u don't zero trim anywhere on body then it's perfectFor 899 it's totally recommendedU can even buy other brands like vega S1,S2,S3 versions which has similar specs but they have one year warrantyOraimo provides two years warranty as per what I saw during the product warranty registrationNot sure about the warranty claim if ur products gets any issuesIt's worth for 899 not more than that

Because it has slightly bigger blades, which is good for long hair trimming in 5 to 20 mm setting but when you try to trimm beard in 0 to 5mm setting with or without comb, it cuts the skin and hurt so bad that you conscious about next try.Although the battery and product look is good, But I didn't buy it just because of its looks.I want to say to Amazon that If anyhow possible then I want to return this product because it is useless to me. If I get even 70% refund, I would like to take it.

It has a good build quality.NOTE- Many people in reviews said it is not for 0 trimming because the length setting starts with 1mm and to do 0 trim you have to do without comb which might cause cuy because the gap between 1st balde and 2nd blade is very less and its very fast. So if you're a beginner or 1st timer then you should consider phillip else this the best. I did 0 trim with it and did not gwt any cuts as I've previous experince with trimming.Pros:1. Waterproof2. Display is one of good feature for this item,It is useful for power consumption and durability of the product.Remaining feature have a small issue like vibration and smooth trim.

Product is good. Without using adjuster (at 0mm) it should be clean trim, but it's looks 1mm.. Not completely trimming the hair in 0mm..

I use too many trimmer, Philips always close to my heart but after using Orimo headphones,ai felt that their products quality is superior so to use the trimmer I bought it.1st - Battery backup is superior - Trim or shave 8-10 times,100% charge,depends on person to person2nd - The motor is too much powerful,can say best in the lot.3rd - Good featuresDidn't try the corded use feature still now.Can say,a good buy.Better than other brand trimmer.
