Refurbished works great!
I buy many refurbished products that mostly work brand. This one was no different. Really happy with these headphones. I use them for when I workout.Only thing I dislike about the product it self is the touch features on the side. I prefer the buttons.

If you're thinking about buying these, go for it!
Came included with the carrying case which I was skeptical about at first because it's not in any pictures but yes, it comes with the case. Next, the condition is basically brand new and I haven't seen any scuffs or scratches. Comes with all cables too. Now the headphones themselves, amazing. Really good bass and audio quality! ANC and Ambient mode are really good as well. The ambient mode feels like I have no headphones on at all. Headphones also work really well with the dedicated app. Overall, for $160 these are a great deal and if you were considering buying these, definitely go for it!

Too hot on the side of my head.
I wanted to like these headphones but at the end of the day I prefer on-the-ear style headphones and was trying to replace some AKGs that I travel with. Unfortunately, these headphones just heat up the side of my head (which is what all over the ear headphones would do but I thought I'd try these anyway): not a feeling I enjoy over extended use like on a 6 hour flight.
