At last! Something that matches what they say it does. This product is what we imagined the future could be like. The quality is great, the tool works, and my ears thank you.

It really is easy to use and you can see everything. Go slowly. Also, for the opposite ear, my brain could not make my hand go the intended direction and I thought to myself - if only there was a way to flip the image. AND THERE IS! The app has a button to mirror the image. I felt by going slowly i was in no danger of poking my ear drum. I do also think this will be helpful if I ever think i have an ear infection. You can clearly see the tissues to look for inflammation. Sadly, I had no boulders to remove--just teeny wax bits. So I still cannot hear my husband. 🤣

I LOVE this tool! It is so cool to see inside your ear canal and scoop out the wax instead of pushing it inside further with Q tips. It comes in handy for my kid's ears since their ear wax is so dark. It is easy to use on the app. I just wish it had a slightly longer battery life as it dies within a half hour. The image on the camera is crystal clear. I also wish it came with a tip to clean the actual camera lens.

Originally we couldn't get the Smartbud to connect tot he phone and it took quite a while and many steps to show and convince them that it was a defective piece of equipment. Customer service is not great. Once I got a new one that worked it was easy yo connect to my phone and it worked really good to look deep in my ear and clean out quite a bit of wax.

Great product! Easy to use. I found it worked better if I took the “do-dads” off and used the camera by itself to look in there.The paddles and picks etc are soft and do get the gunk once I see where it is located.

Overall I really like this product in theory but I don’t like that I have to get replacement parts after one use. The side of the blue silicone(?) covering on the scoop head is ripped after only using for about 10-15 minutes. Also the battery life is a little shorter than advertised. I was only able to do one ear on a single charge.

I got this for my son who saw it on TikTok it works i can't believe it. Great ear cleaning.

I used this product once. I thought it was great! The next time I used it, it wouldn't connect to my phone. I tried it again, it wouldn't turn on. I charged it for about 3 hours and it still wouldn't turn on. Waste of money.
