I’m obsessed with making mini embroidery. I usually do the standard size hoops but figured i’d try something new. Only issue was my box came damaged but they’re so cute!

My first several purchases were great, but the last one not so much. the staining was uneven and created more work for me. I reached out to seller and provided photos and was told they'd make it right, but then I nvr heard back..

I was worried about the other reviews saying these break, but I haven’t had any issues with mine. I used them to make miniature Christmas ornaments for gifts. You definitely can’t torque the bolt down like you would with an actual embroidery hoop. IT IS NOT AN EMBROIDERY HOOP. You can’t expect it to behave the same. Be gentle with it, use fabric glue to secure fabric if you want it to be more permanent. The inner hoop is actually a solid piece so you wouldn’t work in this. You would use this to display only. I do like that it comes with two circles of wood - one to secure fabric in the hoop and a larger one to cover the back. I’m planning to purchase these again, and make some jewelry and keychains.

I returned this set, don't know what I was thinking! I did reorder the 2" size. I'm 73 and my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. My first order of hoops were so small I couldn't find linen cloth large enough to see the threads, yet small enough to fit in the hoop. However, they did work, they were adorably cute and I would have kept them except for the size.

These are so cute! I saw some reviews saying they broke when putting embroideries in but I think people who are having that issue are treating these like normal tension hoops. You can't tighten them like you would a normal hoop because there's a wooden circle inside. Tightening them with the inside piece is of course going to snap the wood. The tension part of these hoops is entirely for the look so if you just screw it in gently you wont have an issue!

When I first got these I was a little worried that they would be complicated to figure out since they are so tiny. But they really aren't! And they are absolutely adorable!

A few were unusable due to them arriving broken with the wood frame shattered. Not sturdy, very fragile

The hoops look great but there wasn't any instructions. I have made larger ones but I do need help with the tiny ones. So help please. Aly Schwind have not heard from them. I tried to work it out and the hoop broke. The company should not be allowed such poor quality.
