Just took my first dose. I mixed it with some tomatoe, cranberry juice and a touch of Manuka honey along with a potent probiotic. My sister has uses this and recommended it to me. I usually don't leave reviews but, there was only 2 reviews here (3 now) 1 rated it 5 stars, the other only 3 stars because they weren't happy with the container???? The contents are exactly as described and the container is over sized for ease of use and to prevent spillage. Perfect!! Keep up the good work, Brenda Watson!!!

Doesn't dissolve well. Tried with both hot or cold liquids, it just turns into a greyish-green blob that floats on the top of your drink.

There isn’t much of a taste to begin with, and I was prepared for a nasty flavor but honestly, it’s not bad in the slightest! My only complaint is that it doesn’t mix that well but the benefits outweigh the cons in my opinion

This product is only half of the size of the container. Just get smaller packaging.

I sat down to re-order this Fiber 35 and noticed the low average ratings. After reading them, I have to say this: insoluble fiber does not, by definition, dissolve. This is not meant to dissolve, and you (and your beneficial bacteria friends) really don't want it to.With a little scoop of L-threanine powder and/or flavored collagen-promoting powder in plain coconut yogurt, I never taste it at all.Thanks for a great, convenient product.P.S. Don't complain about wasted plastic in the container if you (1) eat out, (2) accept styrofoam take-out dishes or cups, (3) drink out of plastic water bottles, etc.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and it doesn’t seem to make any noticeable difference. However I will not continue because I do not like the taste of stevia. Even with half a lemon mixed in my tea it’s still disgustingly sweet. PS the best way for it to dissolve is to put it in hot liquid and stir in very minimal amounts at a time.

I take fiber before a meal to balance my blood sugar and help keep cholesterol under control. I mix it with water and just chug it down. I then have to add a little bit more water and do a second chug to get it all down because his others have said it does not dissolve. But that makes perfect sense because the label says it's 4 g of unsoluble fiber. So far it's the only brand I found that has decent fiber content and minimal calories and doesn't make me gassy.
