Easy to assemble, sturdy construction and is perfect for laying our clothes and sundry items

I purchased an inexpensive unit for myself and then my partner wanted one with a seat. This seemed to be the best choice and while it was 4 times the price I paid for a simple stand, I loved the quality when it arrived. The finish is superior and the wood looks smooth and with a lovely colouring. The fold away mechanism for the seat is sturdy and it ships with some plastic / rubber feet that you fit when you put it together. Two minor disappointments; the brass plugs used to hold the top two tiers in place do not click into anything but use friction within rubber bungs to secure them, so the parts can move a little. The plastic linings on the top tray were very thin and one didn’t fit snuggly so had some flex in it which was a shame. Everything else is top quality and I will probably end up swapping my own unit out for one of these.

I liked the idea as a space saver and clothes hanger. Able to sit and put shoes.Only down side , the fact we need it in the first place.
