It fits very well around my knee with a good amount of tightness, you can feel the support. Soft and very unobtrusive, easy to wear under trousers etc. I felt this helped me get back into light jogging again after some kneeel trouble.

I'm always a little dubious about some Amazon reviews which are so gushing about a product so I nearly didn't give this one a chance. This is the 5th one I tried, and one of the cheapest too and of all of them it was the only sleeve that stayed put when running, was comfortable enough to wear overnight and during the day whilst all being able to be rolled up and put in your pocket easily when not required.The sleeve is angled to take into account the shape of the knee and has a soft section towards the rear of the knee to reduce irritation when running. If like me you have a dodgy knee but want to carry on running, look no further and give this a try. If it's no good just return it like I had to with 4 different ones before finding this one.

The product is good, it provides support and is comfortable to wear, however, having read a couple of reviews, iwasn't sure about size so i ordered a medium and Large with a view to sending one back if it didn't fit. The medium was perfect so logged on to amazon account to sort out the return only to find out that it'll cost me 3.99 (30% of the item cost)! i'm not sure how else you can find the right fit without trying couple on but at Amazon, that's an expensive way to shop!!!!!! Surely this kind of thing should fall under the "clothing" returns policy??You can rest assured i WILL NOT be buying anything else from Amazon where there is a risk of buying the wrong size. Just not worth it.

I recently purchased my second pair of the Keen support after experiencing great success with the first pair. My keen used to hurt after a long day standing, but this keen support have made a remarkable difference in my comfort level, since I started using these, the pain seems virtually disappeared. It does help the knee. I got one size bigger (M), since I fall in the upper size range (S) and end up it's too big to keep on. It keeps slipping off as I walk and I have to pull it really high for it to stay on for a while. Other than that, the knee compression sleeve is very comfortable to wear for a whole day under the clothes.

Absolutely love these! (I brought 2 in the end...one for each knee)I have super weak knees, they click and hurt while just walking so attempting couch to 5k i needed something to support them. 1st attempt at couch to 5k i hury my knee and had to stop for 3 weeks. So got these and ive started again and the support they give me is great im further than i was before i hurt my knee and i honestly think its because of these. I dont feel it clicking atall while jogging. I still get pain but not half as much as before.They are easy to put on and take off and you forget they are on while jogging.I brought a small and medium and ended up with a medium.Definitely reccomend for anyone that has dodgy knees!

I had a knee replacement operation 18 months ago which has left me with swelling, pain in the knee and reduced range of movement. I am waiting on a further op to modify my knee cap which should rectify the problem. I wear the knee support when walking as it helps to reduce the swelling and pain and provide more stability. I have worn several knee supports prior to my knee replacement. This is the best yet in terms of comfort and support. I ordered a medium size based on the measurement guidelines which is perfect.
