I have tried many collagen supplements over the years and none of them have had transparent ingredients and the quality this one does.There is no flavor so it’s easy to mix. It dissolved right into my morning cup of coffee. I’ve tried fish collagen and hated it. I have found that fish collagen tastes literally fishy and is sticky. This is not. Beef collagen is the only collagen I’ll consume.I have been using this product for years now through pregnancies and postpartum. It's true - totally tasteless!
This is an easy way to get some extra protein in! I mix 1 full scoop in my coffee and I was pleasantly surprised you can't taste it at all and it does not add any weird texture. Just mix it well! I hope it lasts a full month, the only con is how expensive it is.
