ESV Spanish/English Parallel Bible (La Santa Biblia RVR 1960 / The Holy Bible ESV, Hardcover)

It’s my first bible 🤍

I had been looking for a Spanish/English Bible for my boyfriend & there are very few on the market, this one is absolutely great, he loves it!The translations are accurate considering the differences in languages, it's really good quality & price, great all rounder!

This is well produced parallel Bible of two well-known translations. The pages are well laid out with the English verses easy to compare with the Spanish ones. The text is clear and a reasonable size. Hard cover feels solid (it's a weighty volume).One point worth mentioning is that footnotes with alternative renderings are placed at the back rather than at the bottom of each page.

It was purchased as a gift for a Spanish-speaking friend who is learning English. He said he was pleased with it. No other comment.

This Bible was a gift, the sister to whom it was gifted said it is just amazing. It's only God.

I didn't like the spanish version of the bible. It seemed to lack in some verses when compared to the English version. I generally prefer KJV and I have read a few other versions and since i'm bilingual, i know if the spanish is the same as the english meaning or not and i found this one either questionable or not compatible.

I love the fact that it has both languages on it.. it makes it easy to understand certain things.

I bought this for my son’s birthday. He is very happy with the quality. The font size is not too small. The bible took a lot longer to arrive (after his birthday) than expected but the lateness is likely due to the virus panic and beyond the control of the seller.
