Portable, rechargeable, super slim and comfortable, lasts for ages on a charge, the heat doesn’t fade like a microwaved bag so it’s more intense. Several heat settings and I haven’t needed anywhere near maximum setting. For the price I’m delighted, I only bother to review things when they’re very good or very bad. Honestly it’s very good for pain relief.easy to use the heat alone is well worth the purchase.

So I ordered my item yesterday after suffering with terrible period pains and chronic back ache.Was disappointed that I had to charge it straight out of the box took about 2 hrs. Heat is good u have 3 heat options and it’s hot but not uncomfortable hot.I suffer with chronic back pain so I’ve used it for this the vibration options are good 3 diff ones but I feel if you use heat and vibration battery will run out quicker.I would say I’ve had 4 hrs out of it before need charging again that’s on the highest heat tho. Going to try it today on the middle heat option.Gives me the same comfort as using a hot water bottle the strap is easy and plenty of room if your a bigger person than me(I’m a size 12).It’s elastic too so should be give for all sizesOver all I’m very pleased with this heat pack. I normally use deep heat for my back and apply it up to 8 times a day but haven’t used any of it due to having this heat pad.Can’t comment on period pain but it’s great for my backGive it a go u won’t be dissapojnted

Comfortable to wear and lightweight, provides a good amount of heat although the vibration mode is a little noisy. Wish the charge lasted a little longer but not bad when being used continuously

Amazing device, it really helps for period pain and lower back pain. I was surprised how warm it gets. I was worried that it wouldn't fit around my hips as I'm about UK size 22 but it fits fine as it's so stretchy. I just wish the battery lasted longer (lasts about 2 hours) but it charges up again quite fast. Fabulous for wearing subtly under your clothes if you have period pain or back pain, or you just want some extra warmth.

Do not waste your money buying this product. It’s completely useless. Even though I adjusted the setting several times, I could barely feel any heat as it’s so subtle, it had zero impact on my pain. I still ended up taking pain medication which defeated the purpose of this gadget. The noise from the vibration was so loud that I could not use it at work and it’s very distracting. I also did not find it easy to use as the buttons are difficult to see. The battery does not last long either. This product is poorly designed and does not meet any of my expectations. A good old beanbag, heated in the microwave is far more effective than this gadget. I absolutely regret this purchase.

I have need to use it for more than an hour at a time. so charge hasn’t been an issue.

It good for pain and the heat and massage is good on it the only thing is the battery life its rubbish on it after a hour i need to charge it again

Works well I love how it’s not noticeable underclothes and the heat is really nice for period pains, I think the battery leaves more to be desired.I had mine on just heating I think 3-4 hours and it dies before needing few hours charge. I’m someone who has painful stomach aches very frequently as a ibs sufferer, I was hoping for longer use. It’s ok, I would pay more money for a better quality battery if I knew.
