So far so good. It is very quiet and does its work steadily. The long battery time is impressive. It uses water sparingly. I am pleased with how it wiped off my mahogany floors and how it maneuvered around and under my bed, large area rug, and large furniture.

Okay, I am a seasoned owner of about 10 vacuum robots and I have owned several of them with a dual mopping ability. When I originally saw this guy I thought it was brilliant so I bought it. MISTAKE. I read many many reviews and I thought it might be worth it, I was wrong and I will tell you why. First of all it requires so much maintenance because it constantly stops and beeps, it only worked for about 2 to 3 days before it wouldn't even do anything besides beep. The cleaning job was decent, HOWEVER, YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE MOP PADS CONSTANTLY AND RINSE THEM OUT. I was up and down up and down up and down refilling the water and cleaning the pads so that they didn't leave round dirt scrub spots everywhere. I have a very small home, VERY SMALL. This thing was so expensive I thought that it was going to be worth it, when I tried to get product support when it stopped working after 3 days there was no option for any of that it took me a month to get a refund. If you look at the price, waiting a month for a refund when you need a mopping solution is ridiculous. I was very disappointed and after many phone calls and about 15 chat sessions I finally received a refund. I bought the Bissell Spin Wave, I should have bought that not only was it over $100 cheaper the little thing cleans my floor 100 million times better than this expensive WASTE. I am irritated at Amazon however I'm more irritated that I received a product that was so poorly made that it didn't work for even one week. I am disappointed with it's cleaning ability, required maintenance, and product support, which is non-existent. If you're really looking for one that actually works the Bissell really does a great job and I couldn't believe that it was so much cheaper to be honest, so much easier to set and go, and I feel way more confident in the brand Bissell being that that is their specialty. I hope you find a great robot mop, I would save your money, they have a Samsung that looks almost identical to this that is the same price and sometimes cheaper however I did not try that one, it was too similar to this failed one that I decided to take a Gamble on the spin mop by Bissell.

Compared to the first-generation model, its lower height allows it to reach under beds and sofas more easily, reducing collisions. The upgraded design makes it even more effective and convenient for daily use. Highly recommended!

The cleaning is not thorough at all in any mode, and the battery dies before it can make its way around my tiny NYC apartment. It seems to get hung up in certain places and goes over them again and again spreading dirt around rather than cleaning. The water tanks barely hold any fluid, so the lack of battery life isn’t even an issue considering the water runs out before the battery does - and the light sensor does not tell me when the tanks are empty like it’s supposed to. My floors smelled like filth after using this product, like I’d just cleaned with an old grimy mop. The only plus is that it’s extremely quiet - but it freaks out my dog who is then extremely loud. I haven’t used it since day one (two cycles) and plan to return. Not worth even half the price I paid. Also, if you live in an apartment without a washing machine, don’t expect to be able to clean the mopping pads no matter how much soaking and scrubbing you do. I advise saving your money; a regular mop is less work with better results than this garbage.UPDATE: I gave an unfair review of this product initially, believing that it would magically transform my floors after about a week of not mopping after my two pets. Wrong. It won’t perform magic tricks, but it will work wonders at maintaining clean floors. I now run it daily and have canceled my return. I’ve also gotten better at cleaning the mop heads by soaking them in detergent and scrubbing well with the included silicone brush, though I would like to purchase additional heads so I can machine wash a bunch at once. While I still think it gets hung up in tight spots and doesn’t do an excellent job of cleaning my entire floor in one go, I’ve learned where to position it so that it cleans about half my apartment during each cycle - which actually works out since I have to refill the water tanks at that point anyway. I’ve yet to try the manual cleaning mode for my walls and such but very interested to see that feature in action. Overall, it’s really quite a handy little mop.
