It is a bit greasy and can stain light coloured clothes but that is probably the same for all sun creams. My little one has not gotten burnt using this however I am very quick to ensure regular re-application and covering over during the most intense sun periods. The eczema has not flared up since using this either but that is just our personal experience.It does leave a bit of a sheen as all suncreams do, however this is to be expected. The bottle could also do with being re-thought as the suncream is quite thin and the hole for squeezing out is large, so with the weight of the large bottle the cream comes out rather quickly. Also good value for money as a little goes a long way. Two things to note are 1) it does turn clothing yellow - but I have found putting it on and then waiting at least 10 minutes to dress reduces this. I have also had no problems getting the yellow stains out with little effort - just a bit of vanish in my normal wash, so not a major deal. 2) it is very sticky and leaves a shiny cast. Whilst a little goes a long way you need to work fast due to the stickiness. The stickiness does subside a little after a whike but my baby definitely still had tacky feel all day. The shiny cast doesn't go, or at least didn't for me. However, two minor points to consider when buying in my opinion.
