Great laptop
This laptop is awesome and the size is perfect great for doing all my work on it and the value of the money is well worth it! Loads super fast and it don’t over heat with everything I have to do! Functionality of it is great!

It's nice to get a new laptop
The laptop is everything it should be. My husband is happy with it. That said, since I am the tech person in the family I would have beenore inclined to choose it if the actual model number was included in the product listing. As it is, the laptop shows one model number and serial number on the case but is recognized by a different model number and serial number by HP. This is unsettling to me. As long as it continues to perform I don't think there is any problem. I do appreciate the memory and storage improvement, though that would not create a new model and serial.

BEWARE!!!
Bought just a year ago and I started noticing a weird shut down. When I called HP for help and to use my extended warranty they said since it has been modified they could not help. They stated they were having a lot of issues with these coming from Amazon.This is very unethical practice since there was no disclaimer

Great laptop and Seller very responsive
We buy a lot of gear and this was the first time a seller reached out to offer assistance with registering a warranty. So not only is the laptop solid fast, the seller is preferred.

Touch Pad failed
I had a professional do the transfer of data, etc from my old computer to this new one. After working with the HP Help Desk for several hours it was discovered that the Touch Pad was not working correctly. I am returning this laptop for a full refund.
