I've been taking these tablets for a few weeks now and I've definitely noticed a difference in my workouts. I'm able to lift heavier weights and I'm able to recover more quickly between sets. I'm also seeing some muscle gains, which is always a bonus.These tablets are tasteless and I haven't had any side effects. There are a couple of cons though:- the tablets are quite large (see my photo). I didn't have any problems swallowing them but if you can't swallow large tablets look elsewhere- the tablets are 1000mg as mentioned in the description. they are not 3000mg as mentioned on the packageI would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their performance in the gym.

Great product with the expected results. No after taste or bad flavour. Just have to mention one thing - I really do not have a problem to swallow any tablets but these are very big and sometimes stack on my throat even I drank enough water. BUT! Tables have a line in middle so its easy to split them on half.

Hard to swallow (that's what she said)

I purchased this product around 2 months ago, when each bottle was around £23.50 without the bulk discount, with each containing a 3 month supply of creatine tablets (3 x 1000mg tablets taken each day). I purchased 4 of these as part of the summer deal, which gave me 15% off when purchasing 4 of any eligible item. This meant I purchased a years supply of creatine tablets for £76 (£19 a bottle)! A fantastic deal and certainly value for money considering how expensive other tablet creatine is.As for effectiveness; this works in the same way as any other creatine monohydrate supplement. You’ll notice a slight gain in weight due to muscle water retention (0.7kg for me), and a slight decrease in your rate of muscle fatigue during strength or anaerobic based activities.The sole reason I have given this product a 5 star review is because (at £19 [with discount] for a 3 month supply) the cost per dosage is significantly lower than any other product found on Amazon. I should note that since my purchase, the price of this product has increased from £23.50 to £25.

I had tried creatine years ago, with mixed results. Back to training 3 months ago, and decided to give it another try. I am impressed. It is difficult to know whether strength gains, reduced fatigue (more sets per session), and recovery are purely down to the creatine, but as all three have occurred I think there is a reasonable chance its working. I work out lunchtimes so take the 3 tabs with glass of water about 30 minutes before the session, and eat lunch after. A couple of points: you take 3 tabs per day so 270 tabs per bottle is a 4 week supply; and secondly the pills are large so if swallowing is an issue for you then beware, and do take with water.
