I wish I didn't have to take a separate pill just for boron, but this is perfect for having to take it individually. Small pills, in a bottle of 365 is literally perfect.

I really like Nootropics Depot supplements as so far every one of their supplements that I have tried has worked as stated and this one is no exception.As someone with absorption issues due to my gut problems, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try some boron. All I can say is wow, these are so far making a difference and I wish I had tried boron before now.For me, I notice on the days I take these I mostly just feel better as in I feel more alert and awake along with more energy. I do want to mention though that when I first started taking them I would get headaches not long after a dose. I figured I was probably experiencing a bit of a herx reaction from taking them so I started taking one every other day for a while which did make the headaches subside. Since then I have slowly been taking them more often and have got to a point where I will not get a headache until the forth day. I then take a day off before starting the cycle again. I imagine if I keep doing this, at some point I will be able to take them everyday without issue.5 stars IMHO, highly recommended!!

Boron has a variety has multiple potential health benefits. It is believed to be an essential mineral, or at least it seems to have benefits when taken.Boron seems to have a role in strengthening bones, and along with Vitamin D and K2, this combo is likely more effective in promoting bone health than taking calcium. Boron also may have a role in raising testosterone levels, although this isn't exactly fully proven.This is a higher dose of boron. I prefer taking 3 mg rather than 6 mg. I wish this was a tablet so I could break it up into two pieces.The form of boron is a good one. The glycinate form is well-absorbed by the body.This brand is one of the best. They are very trustworthy and have a lot of quality controls in place, including strict outside testing. I always trust this brand.

I take Vit D/K2 on a regular basis and didn't realize that Boron gives them the added benefit of breaking them down better for my body to get the most benefit. And, I can always use a boost for brain health! This is a quality supplement containing no bad fillers and the capsules are small and easy to swallow. My body tolerates them well with no aftertaste or stomach issues. This company stands out as one of a handful that I trust for good, clean supplements.

I have been wanting to try Boron lately, so I was excited to get this product. The recommended serving size is one capsule a day so the 120 capsule bottles will last four months. That is a great value for the price. Boron has so many great health benefits for men and women. I was wanting to see if it would help me with arthritis and balancing my hormones through menopause. So far, I haven't had any negative effects from taking this supplement. I do think I am more clear headed. I feel like any supplement takes a while to really notice improvements. I really like this and will continue to take it.

This is not one of those supplements that I have noticed any acute effects from, however, after doing a lot of reading about boron and other trace minerals becoming increasingly sparse in our food supply, I thought it would be beneficial to add this in my supplement stack. I started by taking one every day, and when I didnt notice any effects after a couple of weeks, I dropped down to 1 every other day. This is not a knock on Nootropics Depot. They are one of the few supplement companies that I do trust to deliver a quality product. This just has not provided me with any noticeable benefits. Your results may vary, and if you are wanting to give boron a try, this is the brand I would recommend.

With any supplement it can be challenging to know if it's doing what is intended unless a significant change is experienced or if there is no other supplements being taken and/or you can have a blood lab done.I can say that as far as I can tell this boron supplement is good quality.The appearance is clean and I felt no ill affects after taking it a few times over a week.Trusting what the ad description noted I would continue to use this and recommend it to others based on my experience so far as boron is one of those minerals that isn't touted much but is vital.
