*changing my rating as soon as I get this solved*For the most part, I love the bag, and although it falls short of a few things, I can replace and fill it with anything i need separately(an pulse ox would have been nice to include, but i can get one from my work). That being said, the whole point of buying this particular bag was because of the oxygen tank and regulator as well as having a special place for it. I received my bag today and the regulator was missing (as well as the am ampules, but that wasn't as big a concern, although I would like that too) The whole point of paying the extra hundred was for the tank and regulator as well as the space for it, but without the regulator, it just made it pointless.Lighting X products, if you may please respond to me quickly, the bag itself is of good qaulity, the supplies are cover a great range, the regulator being missing kinda defeats the whole purpose of getting the D bag.

First time buying a lightning x product and I will definitely be buying more from them. This bag is very durable and very well made. I’m a firefighter/first responder and we can definitely get hard on equipment. This bag is holding up great. Carry in my POV for all my travels. Has a great supply of what is most needed on many first responder calls. Great products.

This kit was pretty well stocked and came at a reasonable price. In conjunction with armed intruder training, AEDs, etc this kit helped our office feel better prepared.A couple of other combat vets, including a medic, went thru this with an eye toward giving people the best chance of survival in the event of a multiple casualty event on company property.Outside of adding a couple of tourniquets, extra chest bandages, clotting agent, and Israeli bandages this kit was well stocked. The medic said he was impressed by the completeness of the kit and with the additional supplies I purchased said it was as complete as you could get for this setting.We're not looking to do surgery in the field. Just give our people the best chance of surviving until transport can arrive and safely move them to the hospital less than a mile down the road. If you need more than this you're probably not looking to have Amazon deliver it because you are in a war zone. For most offices this will be more than enough. Hope this helps.

Well, the neck collar didn't really have a good place for storage. There was lots of pockets, easily accessible. Overall a good starter bag. I bought for my husband who is an EMT/Firefighter, he will add his own stuff as he goes. He was well pleased with the item. I wish they offered embroidery I would have loved to have his name put on the bag.

This is an awesome EMS type bag, but is missing some critical life saving products. I had to purchase better tourniquet, more blood clot powder and blood clot gauze because it didn’t come with any blood clot gauze and not enough sucking chest wound bandages. But still a great start for an EMS type bag. You just may have to add more products to it like I did to ensure you have enough and don’t run out. Wish it came with CAT tourniquets, it comes with some cheap ones.

It looks better than I thought it will. It comes with all the basics and more.. the bag is real good quality and nice and neat

We bought two medical kits. One for the house and floating kit for our vehicles one that can be moved from one vehicle to another depending on our situation. Quick note my wife and I are not in the medical field so somenof the items included are well above our capabilities. With that said we are always learning new skills and are happy to have the piece of mind that you get when having a full med kit with you at home or travel. A EMT friend of ours loved the fact we had this kit on hand since with he could utilize everything in the kit if needed. We have needed up adding a few extras. Pulse ox meter, personal meds, blood glucose meter, assortment of band aids, black marker to record tourniquet times on victim, extra finger splints.

Amazing bag! I am an active paramedic and this is a perfect first responder bag as long as you you have the script to fill the O2 tank! High quality, a lot of the same brands and quality we use on the ambulance. Incredible customer service as well!
