This is the second used Dell charger unit I've ordered from this outfit my house. About $12 !!Works perfectly. Only about 1/4th the cost of a new Dell charger at the big discount computer stores.Good deal!

At first, I thought I had a bad battery because my computer stopped charging the battery and it was saying, "0% available, not charging. However, a new battery didn't solve the problem, so I went into my BIOS setup after rebooting my computer and saw the battery's health as normal, but the adapter was unknown. So I decided that I probably needed a new power adapter and decided to purchase an original replacement this time. It arrived next day and works perfect and charges quickly! If anyone is having this same issue, you may want to follow the steps I took and you might discover your problem lies with the power adapter, not the battery.

The charger works very well it is tiny if you compare it to the oldest version, very pleased with my purchase

This product works great and charges my laptop. My old cord that came with my laptop wasn’t charging the battery anymore, so my laptop had to be kept plugged while using it, which defeats the purpose of having a laptop. This new cord charges the battery, and fast. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. It also is more compact and sleek looking than the charger that came with my laptop.I highly recommend this charging cord if you have the same laptop as I do (Dell Latitude E6540)

Great product and not expensive

the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it gets hot enough to burn your hand, time will tell if it holds up or catches fire, but it works and made the computer recognize the wattage.

I have a Dell desktop (D10U001), and when I searched for a compatible replacement power supply using my model number, this product came up. Unfortunately, the plug will not fit into my computer. I'm sure it's a great product, but it shouldn't have been listed when I specifically searched for the model number of my computer. It looks like a direct OEM Dell power supply, and it was delivered very quickly. I have no issues with the product or the seller at all, only that it shouldn't have been listed as a compatible product. It was 100% MY FAULT for not looking at the product description to verify the plug size.EDIT: HOWEVER! As I was telling my girlfriend, who works from home, that I was on my way to the UPS store to return this cord, I saw that he work laptop was also a Dell. The cord looks strangely familiar, and as it so happens the cord I purchased by mistake was a direct replacement for her broken work laptop cord! I may have bought it by accident, but now I can tell you for certain that it's a great cord, just as long as you verify the product description first.

Priced right for the item ordered. Works well with my system. Will purchase new instead of refurbished. previous one ordered was a refurbished one and it lasted only a few months then heated up and no longer functions.
