Exactly what you expect
Does exactly as advertised, isn't breaking yet (around 9 months old) and works for everything USB-C that isn't even quest related like my phone and laptop

The BEST META to PCVR Experience
After adjusting the oculus debug tool settings, using this cable gives you low latency PCVR gameplay on Quest HMDs with near compressionless video streaming at high bitrate and data transfer speeds, all while *mostly* keeping your headset charged. My longest fully pre-charged PCVR sessions on my Quest 3 last about 8 hours and the most I’ve seen the battery dip in that time was to about 60%. You won’t have to worry about it dying during a session when you plug in the external power, unless you’re a madlad playing 24+ hour long VR sessions. An absolute essential for me as the wireless gameplay quality just isn’t there for me. Even with the best setup, wireless it to high latency, video is too compressed, and there are always skipped frames and judders that ruin the experience, not with this cable though.

Another "randomly disconnects" review
Pros:1. It's very long.2. Seems sturdy.3. The plug fits the socket.4. When it works, it works GREAT.Cons:1. It doesn't consistently work.2. Really, that's all I need. When I can get Oculus Link to recognize the cable/connection, it FLIES - 2.5GB/s (or so it claims) USB 3.0 speeds. But then in the middle of things, the connection will just BOOP out of existence.Soooo yeah, do not want.

Worked for a while, then stopped working.
It worked well for 3-4 seated VR sessions. I left the headset plugged in using this cable for a couple of weeks, and it never saw the headset again. A 4 ft Anker USB-C cable worked correctly. Tried this cable again, on multiple USB ports, the headset recognizes that it's getting power, but the data doesn't work again. I'm confident the cable wasn't physically damaged or moved between the last working session and when it stopped work.Update: The vendor contacted me after this review was posted and issued a refund. I increased the review score to 4 as the vendor appears to stand behind their product.

MUST HAVE
I have a quest pro which cannot be kept alive with todays' cables on the market, but this one has been proven to keep the headset alive the longest out of all the competition (no it cannot keep the quest 3 alive as the power drain is worse than that of the pros')

Nice quality cable, use of power connector added on, results in random drops
Pros:Nice quality cable, my second one actually as my son uses one on his Quest 2. Thick but flexible with nice strain reducers at each port.Cons:After trying this in several different ports on my PC (including a powered USB hub), I would continue to get random drops from PCVR games on Quest 3. I am aware that this will only "slow" the drain to the Quest 3, but my experience is that after anywhere from 1 minute, to 10 minutes, it will just stop, disconnect you with a pop up that the PC was disconnected. After trying for hours, different ports, different power cables and charger blocks, I gave up. My last straw was to unplug the power delivery jack from the cable and voila, finally, I got about 30 minutes of uninterrupted PCVR gaming. Not even so much as a hiccup. Not sure why when I add power to it, my quest and/or pc, reject it after a certain amount of time, but it works fine without the power adapter plugged into it.

Best Meta Quest 2 Link Cable easily
Definitely the best cable you can get for your Quest 2. Easily charges the quest 2 while playing and every time I pick up the headset for another session it’s always 100% battery life. (Just make sure to get the 2024 variant if you expect to get a quest 3 in the future)Also Don’t buy $50 - $80 optical link cables, this does a better job easily
