Great

I have used lots of halogen and nothing compares to this. Most are dim and do not light up good. This however is very bright and I can see the light unlike others. The beam is also very bright and shows a long distance. Osram has better hs1 lights but for its price and for a basic light it does very good.

Works as expected

Easy to change, a lot brighter than my stock bulb brilliant will buy from here again.

Not built for uneven broken roads which unfortunately covers the vast majority of the UK. This bulb will break relatively quick due to the state of the roads, you might get a few weeks/month of regular riding if you are lucky, but the reality is that you need to order a few of these at once to guarantee you will not be riding home in the dark. The 10g vibration resistant bulbs are far stronger and will last you a good 6-12months of regular riding, yes they are more expensive but you are getting 1 bulb which will last the same amount of time as 10 so it works out much cheaper.

It turns electricity into light so I'm happy. Having only just installed it I've no idea how long it will last, but it's Osram, so I'm not too worried about longevity.
