Such a huge fan of this as a headache remedy. My ministering sister let me borrow hers and I was hooked! I had no idea heat and compression could help with tension headaches/migraines so much, but it does. It is so utterly relaxing and such a great deal for the price! It doesn't hold heat super long, but it works so well it's worth reheating.

It definitely can on time I woke up with a horrible headache. Looked outside and saw the box out. There didn’t bother open it till I had my coffee thinking that’s what I needed. It was a caffeine no didn’t go away, so I got my little box and opened it and I found my little head cushion and threw it in the freezer with the ice as I drink my coffee after a good 30 minutes 45 minutes I felt like it was cool enough. So I took it out. It was cold. It was in the bag. I opened it put it on over my eyes over my head within a couple of minutes not even minutes seconds brain freeze eyes were frozen. Why did I put it on who convinced me to put it on my head was gone, but I had a massive brain freeze. I took it off right away And I was like what the hell was that it worked my headache was gone, but I had a brain freeze. I had to go sit outside for my head to thaw out, so yes, it does work. I used it most of the day to cool off my face and my puffy eyes so it’s damn good product it works. I’m glad I bought it. Don’t keep it in the freezer for too long.

Gets very cold. Honestly too cold which seems crazy but it really needs a cover. It's a little tight on big heads too. I do still like it though. It doesn't stay cold for as long as a traditional icepack but it's much softer

I bought this as a gift for my wife. (Migraines)First, it worked like a charm! The pressure and darkness is the best for her.Then, I stole it! When she doesn't need it, I use it as much as possible. The darkness and pressure are nice but i really like that it covers your ears and helps with sounds. Its great for just sleep in general.The bonus for us both has been the cold. I have seen a lot of people putting them in the fridge or freezer. I'm sure that's fun, but we haven't had the need once. Its cold enough just when its laving out in the open.Short and simple:- Straight forward. Good value for money, design is nice, universal fit, easy to use, and not too thick or heavy. Not going to completely cure your migraine but will significantly reduce the discomfort of them as it distracts you from fully focusing on it and gives you a different sensation to focus on and feels so nice on my eyes and temples when I can feel the pounding right behind them. 10/10

I have only used it cold. With the compression it is very relaxing. Soothing fo6r eyes toooit it out

Love this! I have been sleeping with it at night and I've been getting some of the best sleep of my life. I don't even need it to be cold, just the light compression and coolness of the gel are enough to help me fall asleep fast and stay that way.
