Good syste.
This is my second Roku home theater. I have them on two TVs. I have the soundbar, two rear speakers and a sub on both TVs. It sounds great in a small room and a bit needy in my garage. I may get another sub for that system. If you want an inexpensive sound system that is easily set up, this is the one.

Great bass sound and really simple setup.
We bought these along with the four Roku Satellites to pair with a Roku Streambar Pro. We didn't want to have to pay to wire our new house for surround sound and wanted to see if this was "good enough" to replace an Onkyo 7.2 system with Acoustic Audio R191s in the ceiling, and a powered subwoofer. We went into this with low expectations, especially given the much lower cost, and moving from 7.1 to 5.1. We're blown away by this system. It truly sounds better than our 7.1, was much easier to set up since pairing was flawless, and we've noticed surround effects in movies and TV shows that we've seen many times before that just didn't come through on the 'real system' but are crystal clear on this Roku setup. Things like background conversations, bullets flying by, doors opening "off camera," and the classic glass of water with the T-Rex in Jurassic Park are all excellent. Since the price of the Streambar, four satellites, and the large sub all together are less than just the amp in our old system, or even just running wires without speakers in our new house, we're really happy with this and will buy it all again for the bonus room once we get into the new house. And since we don't have the receiver taking up space anymore, we have more shelf space for other stuff! I've had home theatre sound set up since Dolby Surround Sound came out, with various amps from Onkyo and Harman Kardon, and reasonably decent speakers from 5.0 to 7.2 setups, and this is the best experience I've had.

Solid little thumper
Excellent placement flexibility. Very aesthetically pleasing. Solid thump but not to boomy. Great simple setup when paired with a Roku soundbar. Highly recommend for someone looking for decent sound but VERY simple functionality.

It does what a small sub is supposed to do
I bought this subwoofer to pair with a Roku Wireless Soundbar for my Roku Select Series TV.I had no expectation that this combination would produce "high-end" audio quality or match the performance of my stereo system. All I hoped for was that it would make listening to music in movies or Amazon Prime or Spotify sound less like a 1960s transistor radio.Adding the soundbar alone improved the sound a bit over the built-in TV speakers, but not by much. Dialog was clearer and more sharply defined, but it didn't do a whole lot more than that. Music still sounded "tinny" and there was almost no bass response below about 100kHz. A car door slamming in a movie makes a "clink" rather than a thud. Notes on a bass guitar are muddy and pretty much disappear on the lower strings.About a week later I added the subwoofer and it's made a significant difference, not only in extended bass response but in the quality of the sound coming from the soundbar. With lower frequencies diverted to the sub from the soundbar (which tries to reproduce them, but can't), the soundbar is free to focus on the mids and treble, making the overall sound of the system much less congested and more detailed.I've read a few reviews here saying this subwoofer "isn't very loud" or "doesn't shake the room." Well, a single 10" subwoofer (which, strictly speaking, isn't even a "sub" woofer at all) isn't supposed to do that. Adding a small subwoofer to a system can be compared to cooking with wine - if you taste the sauce and think "oh...taste that wine!" you've added too much. If a subwoofer is well integrated into a sound system, you shouldn't even be aware of it as a stand-alone component. What you should notice is that the music sounds good. (Or at least, better.) And adding this subwoofer to this soundbar meets that expectation. The Roku soundbar-subwoofer combo won't impress the reviewers at the high-end, audiophile magazines, and the bass won't knock the walls down, but for a few hundred bucks, it's pretty damn good.

Surprisingly high quality sound
I am an old school audiophile who grew up with large and expensive systems who believed the larger and more expensive, the better the sound. I recently downsized into a condominium and do not have the room or tolerant neighbors to move my classic mega system. I started with a ROKU sound bar but it could not reproduce the base sound I was used to for movies and music. I was thinking I would need to bring my old 20 inch subwoofer in to play and use it as furniture also. My research found this compatible ROKU subwoofer that is wireless (great for placement in a cramped room). I was very skeptical that a wireless speaker could stay synced with the wired audio and video. I envisioned poor lip syncing a beat off and weak tone from this smaller and less costly setup. Wow was I wrong! The ROKU soundbar wirelessly paired with this subwoofer sounds great for both movies on TV and streaming music. The volume does not need to be high to get all the tone at all the frequencies which makes me and my neighbors happy. My old school big amp-big speakers system did need a lot of volume to sound great while this smaller less costly solution can produce great sound at lower volume in my downsized condo.
