Love this!
I have very short, semi afro hair and was reluctant to try a full blown relaxer as have never used one before, so thought I would try this as it's for children. I am really pleased with it! In hindsight I wish I had left it on a little longer but my hair feels like it has been deeply conditioned, is very soft and doesn't dry out throughout the day like it did before. I will definitely be purchasing this again in a couple of months, thank you.

Came early I used this one my mix race daughter.For yearsAfter reading some of the reviews just some little advice to new comers please read the instructions.If u leave this product for to long u will get breakages.If unsure only put on for minimum time 😊

It really gives me what i want.
The fact that it arrives on time,gives me joy and the products is really good for my three and half years baby girl,am impressed but the only problem I have is that nothing was inside step two as i opened it,i have found out it's an empty sachet.

Several items in one package. The instructions are in one multi-language sheet. The instructions are easy to follow in a step by step process. The product smells pretty which helps a lot. There are gloves provided and they are the thicker kind which is good. I would recommend the product as it does what is says on the pack.

Beware! The item is faulty and the seller non-communicative
The item arrived damaged as the accelerator bottle was empty, the contents of which had spilled everywhere. So far I have yet to receive any word re a refund or replacement so it’s been a waste of money. Beware and avoid this seller

Easy to use at home texturiser.
I used this to texturise my mixed race hair, it was the first time I have ever done this myself at home; it was a success and the results are very pleasing, would recommend.

I was not impressed because it arrived at my house very late and the activator had spilt all over the box and now I cant use it waste of money and time!!
