The media could not be loaded. Pathetic Product. Worked just for 3 months. After that it stopped working. Customer care replaced the set which was old and faulty as well and ultimately they told me that they will refund me but didn't process refund. The customer care service of caresmith is also too much unprofessional and dont value their customers at all.Even though on 1st look the product looks good, it is the worst product that you can ever purchase.
