Worked great!
When the driveway was poured, it wasn't sloped properly and some water would end up under the garage door. I put this down across the garage door threshold according to directions and it worked great. Very easy to install. Cut to fit with a scissor. A pretty simple fix for the money. I don't know how long it will hold up, but it's made of pretty thick rubber so I think it will do well.

STOPS LEAK UNDER GARAGE DOORS - GREAT PRODUCT!
I recently installed this product under my garage door, as well as, my neighbor's. Both are 9' sectional doors. The Seal Strip is high-quality and easy to install. Before ordering, I read multiple reviews. Some people were not satisfied with the included construction adhesive so I used Gorilla Max Strength Clear. One cartridge did both doors and was extremely easy to apply. Thankfully, the 20' coiled roll was closer to 21' since about 10" of the inside end is permanently coiled and must be discarded. I tried straightening it in a vise between 2-pieces of wood and leaving it in 100 degree temp for 24-hours ... no luck! I also tried using a heat gun (very hot and would melt the rubber if held too close) both without and with weights on the seal ... didn't work. I wound up using the 'curled' scrap as a template for cutting each end so it would fit nicely in and around the garage door track at the floor. In addition, I screwed, glued and caulked short pieces of 2" rubber belting from the back of the track to the baseboard since there's always a tiny crack in the door weather stripping at the bottom. Rain can leak there if the wind is strong. I also caulked both ends of the seal inside the door track. Not even a drop of water can enter now.

Great product!
This product is awesome. I'd been struggling to get an old garage seal off the door and had a gap allowing too much air and water in. This was so easy to put down and seal the gap between the floor and the garage. Plus, it has helped keep out some of the snow melt that gets into the garage. I'm very impressed with the quality and ease of solving this problem!

It works! Seems well-made just wish it was 3/4 inch.
Can’t fault the quality or the price. For my situation I wish it was 3/4 inch, instead of 1/2 inch high. If you were to buy 3/4 inch, it’s like three times the price. I wish it would be easier to lay down straight. Maybe if a metal strip was molded into it would help to keep it straight on the floor while positioning it. Update after a few rain storms water is no longer leaking through the garage door. Absolutely dry. Still wish it was 3/4 inch high.

Great product and super easy to install
I recently installed the Jin&Bao Universal Garage Door Threshold Seal, and it has already made a noticeable difference in my garage. The yellow safety strip is a brilliant addition, making it highly visible and safe. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the included adhesive. Overall, this product delivers on its promises and is a great investment for anyone looking to weatherproof their garage.

Exactly what our garage needed!
Our garage is on the north edge of town, facing an open field. We have lots of leaves that blow in, lots of snow that blows in, rain, etc. These rubber thresholds, along with new bottom-seals and side/top seals on our garage doors totally fixed the problem. I didn't secure these thresh-holds with silicon until a few months after I cut them and put them on the concrete. The wheels for our cars never moved them an inch. I ended up adding the sealant for good measure, but they probably would have stayed in place no matter what. Great, cost-effective solution and easy to install. I just used a contractor-blade or a box-cutter to cut them to size. They glue down with a tube of black all-weather silicone. No more snow drifts in the garage!

Every garage needs this installed.
Needed this to keep the elements out and it works good. With the bottom of the door fitting tight to the bottom rubber track, the garage was so much warmer and the water was kept out. The item didn’t have great directions to install but that’s what you tube is for. Wish we had installed earlier.

Fantastic Weather Seal – Keeps the Garage Clean and Well-Sealed!
I absolutely love how clean and polished this Jin&Bao Universal Garage Door Threshold Weather Seal makes my garage look! I was dealing with leaves, dust, and dirt constantly blowing in, especially on windy days, and this seal completely solved the problem.Installation Tips & Process:The install was fairly easy, and I’d highly recommend taking a few prep steps to make it even smoother. I unrolled the weatherstrip a day in advance and let it sit out in the sun to warm up and straighten—this made handling and placement much easier. Once inside, I laid it out next to the garage door to mark off the measurements and notched out the corners for a form-fitting seal before applying any adhesive. To ensure a perfect fit, I did a dry run by placing it on the threshold and closing the garage door to check alignment. I then marked the exact placement with a pencil and yellow chalk line, so I knew exactly where to apply the adhesive. When it came time to install, I used both tubes of adhesive generously, working carefully to avoid any gaps. I pressed the seal down evenly from one end to the other and immediately wiped off any excess adhesive with a wet rag for a clean finish. After letting it dry for a few hours, I closed the garage door, and by the next day, it was firmly sealed and secure.Final Thoughts:This weather seal is a game changer for keeping my garage cleaner and more protected from the elements. The tight seal ensures no more dust, dirt, or debris sneaking in under the door. I couldn’t be happier with the results—highly recommend!
