Oral Syringe / Baby Syringe / Elderly Syringe 5ml

excellent product, can't argue for the price. although be aware that this syringe CANNOT be used in a steam sterilizer, so if that's what you are looking for, this item is not for you. on a side note, infant Calpol medicine comes with a syringe that can be used in steam sterilizers without damaging it.

These are brilliant! I admit I don’t use them for a baby I use them as my bearded dragon is syringe fed so these are brilliant and cheap, I just sterilise afterwards and then re-use them, they’re much better than the ones that the vet provide me with as they’re very smooth and easy to use. Not a very common review as I use mine for my bearded dragon but she’s my baby anyway and these are still brilliant! Hahaha

For the money this is great value. It was used to dispense Calpol for my daughter.Only think to note is that after 5 or 6 washes the measuring scales on the side wore off, so I had to make new marks with a permanent marker.Also a new for parents, new bottles of Calpol and Ibuprofen now come with there own dispensing syringe, so it became redundant!

The syringe is very easy to use. The bottle adapter means no more spills as you don't have to tip the bottle to get the syringe into the liquid. The main markings are in 1ml increments but there is an extra mark just across from the main measurements showing 2.5mls which is handy if you're using it for babies.

Basically an Oral syringe personally I use it for self administering medicine in clear measured dose. Works well, clear measurements on the side. Easy to clean.. Good product.

The syringes pictured are the excellent (unfortunately difficult to find) Baxa design which measure in increments of 0.1ml, wash well and are long-lasting. The syringes we were sent measure in increments of 0.5ml which is not sufficient for the medication we dispense. Also, the syringes are the ones with the purple plungers and large rubber washers which don't work well after more than a couple of uses. They are totally useless to us and I am very disappointed that they are not as pictured. If you need to measure accurately to 0.1mls and/or need syringes that can be washed and re-used many times, DO NOT BUY THESE.

The syringes work ok but after using less than ten times, the scale has started to rub off of the side and so soon they will be useable and not fit for purpose.
