Sturdy and very effective

Very blunt edge needs sharpening before first use - I should think that not sharpening it too much when it leaves the factory is a safety consideration though. Easy to use once that's done and nice little item for a reasonable price.Recommended.

This is a good sturdy and functional tool and feels of a high quality for the price, without being top heavy. The curved foot plates make it easy to use and its a decent size (but not too big for easy storage). I'm confident it will last many years

Excellent replacement for older broken edger. Nice bright colour so easy to pick out.My only quibble is the wraparound packaging - took me 10 minutes to unravel !

Arrived well packaged perhaps to well for the size of the product .This item is an excellent lawn edger ,very robust and great build quality . I used it all round the lawn to tidy the edges up and it did the job perfectly.My lawn is on thick clay soil which was no problem for this tool ,like a hot knife through butter.This lawn edger is what it says it cuts the edge of your lawn .It is not a spade which I think some bad review people have used it for eg to lift turf .you will damage it using it like that so buy a spade .Use it correctly and this is a great tool for a great price.

Bought it to help bury a wire for a robot lawn mower. Probably about 125m. It was a tough job and this tool was up to it. Get the feeling it would not bury too many wires of this length before it gave up but it did the job and for the price was good value.

Good only problem the handle is quite small but doesn't stop use!
