Update:As of today, the vendor called me back after leaving them a voicemail and they will be replacing my monitor!Thank you for making this experience great!Original: The monitor stopped working after two weeks. I am really upset at the fact that their customer service website does not work. I contacted Amazon customer support and they gave me the phone number and the website for the customer service from the seller and every time I would call the seller, the phone would get picked up and hung up. I am going to be returning this piece of trash back to the vendor.

Memory not what it says, pieces shipped and no idea where they go, wires sent but they don’t correspond to anything! - worked great for a month then problem after problem - new power supply sent to me under warranty - it started acting up 3 weeks after it was installed. Fan runs non stop after new power supply installed but errors upon start up - now computer won’t turn on again!

For a 300 dollar starter Gaming computer that I got For my friend. The graphics are a bit slow but They can play, phasmo no real issues, they can play dead by daylight no real issues, there are some lag but not really bad. its play able.the keyboard was janky from the startthe speaker didn't really connect or workthe webcam doesn't work with the discord ap but does for the web browser. ( we still don't know why)over all they love it. they Stream with us so they wanted something that would work and their laptop took a dump. we looked for options this came up and i bought it worried it may not work but we haven't really had any real issues

it was set up not to operate in the US so it’s stuck on french and i had to use google translate to do anything now that i’ve set up the computer i could change it to english but all computer related errors or functions still show french.

Soundbar is trash, wont connect. Fast computer, just be sure and debloat all the installed microsoft trash. Will be ordering another one, wish i could get the computer without the soundboard and crappy monitor. Have already upgraded to 36 gb of memory, and better video card is next. The supplied video card is ok, but only 2gb memory just isnt enough .Overall a very good computer, i use it for WOW, and works Great .

I got this for my son as a Christmas gift. Christmas morning we discover it was missing the DVI cord & the ethernet wifi adapter. I went to Best Buy & purchased the items needed. So far its working. Just disappointed I had to make trips to piece the puzzle together.

When I first received the pc it wouldn't load windows and said press any key to restore MBR but wouldn't. Tech called me back and walked me through it to fix the problem. The pc is amazing, fast uploading and downloading along with wonderful game play. Thank you Tech for helping me!!!!

I brought this computer for my son birthday. I was so excited for him to be excited! But a day after setting it up, the sceeen had a error message that said “press esc for startup menu) nothing worked, tech support couldn’t help me… and instead of replacing the desktop, they said they can only refund me not send me a replacement! I will NEVER order from the company again. My son didn’t even get to see his surprise ! I’m so disappointed
