Excellent dehumid cabinet
We live in Costa Rica, where the humidity during the rainy season can cause mold to grow everywhere. So we put our important documents in this cabinet and haven't had to worry about them at all.

Brilliant for storing my camera gear. Easy to use and perfectly sized for my equipment needs.
Always wanted a central storage location for all my camera equipment at home, but ended up leaving it all over the house and worst, on the desk, which gathers a lot of dust. Another issue I recently had, was moisture got inside one of my lenses! Awful to say the least. When I came across this little dehumidifier, I knew it was something I needed. The good:Love the small 30L capacity size. I have 2 Mirrorless camera bodies, 5 small to mid sized lenses, and a bunch of other accessories like batteries, chargers, and some 35mm film rolls. This little thing stores all of it perfectly! I also like the molded foam on the top shelf which is great for my lenses, and a thinner flat foam on the lower floor for my larger flat sided items, such as cameras, batteries, films, etc..The unit is super simple to understand and setup. It’s basic, but at this price point, it fits my needs well! It also runs pretty quiet too for my 9ft x 9ft room. I can barely hear it humming in the corner of my office.I love the handy light on the side, which you can manually switch on or off. I would have loved another light strip in the back of the unit but for the price, it’s definitely not a deal breaker. More of a nice to have. The not so good:Actually, believe it or not, I don’t have any complaints. All works great so far. Of course, reliability would be a big question, but only time will tell. This unit does not have temperature control function, but that’s not really a negative issue for this unit at this price point. Just something of note for those whom are wondering.Should you get one:For this price point, I highly recommend it if you don’t have a super massive collection of photographic gear. For a 30L size, this thing holds everything I own. Works well. Easy to setup and get going. I set the unit at 40% humidity and it only took about 5-7 mins to get there, but of course this hugely depends on the humidity of your room where you will use this. If you have a couple of camera bodies and a handful of lenses, and accessories, I’d say go ahead and get one, so you can start storing your gear safely away from dust and moisture!

Seems to work flawlessly
Using it as a 3D printer filament storage with controlled temperature and humidity, seems to be doing its job just fine. The front door hinges are not what I'd call sturdy but it'll do. Appreciate the adjustable shelves very much as the filament spools are fairly tall... Close to $500 might be a bit high, especially for an item that's non-returnable and feel a little flimsy.

You should probably buy one size up from what you think you need
If you go to the companies website you’ll see that this item is listed for much less money but that doesn’t include the shipping which will bring the price up considerably. It will also take a lot longer to arrive. The unit itself seems to perform fairly well and it’s well-made and well-built. It’s a little bit small though if you have more than one camera body you’re probably gonna want to go up at least a size. You can fit two camera bodies and some lenses in here but it’s a little snug. If you have a mirrorless which are smaller you might be able to get away with this size for two bodies and no more than five lenses. A lot of the accessories don’t need to be stored in something like this. But I think my basic rule of thumb is to buy one size larger than you think you need.I really like the unit and how quiet it is. It has no problem keeping the humidity down 20% in my very humid air and verified the accuracy with a separate hygrometer. It has internal lighting but it’s sort of on one side so I put a battery operated LED strip on the other side kind of make it look cooler when I open the door. I guess I’m gonna have to end up buying another one of these since I didn’t buy the bigger model which would’ve held all my equipment. But once you get used to keeping it in here, you really don’t wanna put it anywhere else. As much for the dust proof Ness as the humidity. But remember mold will destroy the internals of a lens and that cannot be repaired. I don’t know how many adventures I’ve seen completely destroyed by mold overgrowth. I believe the damage to dust can be fixed, but rarely can mold. It’s certainly better than an inverted fish tank which I have used for much of my photography career. And like I said I am extremely happy with the unit. It seems exactly identical to the Ruggards which are the units that are sold at photography places.

Major problem with the 80L wood grain version
Unfortunately, the first one I ordered came defected. The top of the cabinet was not level, and the rest of the cabinet followed suit, to the point where if you closed the door, you could see a giant gap where the door should have closed. This means that you wouldn't get any reliable seal from which to keep out humidity.Amazon quickly sent me a replacement, and that unit had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. So I'm sure this is a great product, and the price is compelling, but stay away from this for a while as I think they may have had some production issues.

Quite way to keep electronics dry
I recently got the Autens 30ml dehumidifier and it has been a game changer for keeping my expensive electronics dry. Not only is it affordable, but very quite. Stops the dampness-related issues that ruins electronics. This little box is so effective, I half expect it to start wearing a cape and mask. It was easy to set and has no issues that I can see. $200 to keep thousands of dollars dry. Easy choice.

Measure first, 50L fits under a desk but has limitations for telephoto lens
Measure your Relative Humidity in your home first, to see if you need it in a home that's well-regulated. This keeps my gear in one place under lock and key from my grandson. Dust-free. And since I live in an old home, I feel better about fungus control. Overall I like this 50 L dry box. It fits under my desk. It's easy to set up. Quiet. The shelves can be adjusted but the top shelf, although it has holes to insert in the bracket can not be raised as the humidity controller is in the way. If you have a Sigma 150-600 C telephoto zoom, you must place it diagonally across the middle shelf. You can not stand it up or lay it down on the width or depth. I can fit my gear in but a larger unit would be better for an extra telephoto lens. Measure first. And if you have more than one telephoto, buy the larger unit.

Finally the lens fungus has stopped growing
Works exactly as described. I keep mine at 45% RH which works well 😎

RH percentage
The humidity I think doesn’t work because I set my RH to 47 and its been a day or 2 but it reaches intil 40% only and the water splash icon should be blinking if it doesn’t reach the RH that I set and would stop blinking if it reached the desired RH. For this icon it is not blinking and my RH is still 39

Good Dry Cabinet!
Honesty, I bought it for camera gear, but ended up using it for different things as well, like documents, watches, remotes, electronic parts, etc. It has everything I need and is quiet and economical - my electricity bill didn't skyrocket, which is awesome. Basically a must have in wet/tropical climate - I learned it the hard way, hope anyone wouldn't need to.

It does not hold the number as it should.
The number could be a few percentage higher than the setting.
