UPDATE :Okey, in December 2022 will be 5 years how I pursed this smartphone. No issues at all ! Battery after 4 years of hard use (games, online 14 hours per day) still better than my wifes 2 years Samsung S9. Amazing phone. So sad, that HTC stopped producing phones because not smart enough people prefer Iphone and Samsung.Update :2 years of using already, battery still in very good conditions. No lags, no problems, everything working excellent. Camera still good quality for the end of 2019.Original :Using already 1 month.The best in the market.Speed, Battery, charging speed, camera is amazing, headphones good too.The only one bad thing from all pluses - low brithness on the sun.Try HTC u11+ and you never comeback to IPhone or Samsung.

The protective cover that protects the phone is made of hard plastic and has no shock-proof effect. This is how my phone is damaged. If you do not change the use of soft plastic jacket, it will be discarded by the user.

Pedí el celular para usarlo en Ecuador y el chip funciona muy bien. Está hermoso, incluye un estuche transparente. El lector de huellas se encuentra en la parte trasera y es muy comodo. La batería tiene muy buena duración. HTC siempre es una excelente opción. Recomiendo comprar un escuche adicional, ya que al ser un celular con un acabado de cristal, las huellas se marcan fácilmente.

I saw a lot of reviews complaining that the phone was too fragile because the housing is glass but I haven't had any problems with it. I love that the finger print scanner is on the back, it make unlocking the phone super comfortable.

We have found out that after a few months use, these phones are not fully compatible with AT&T, the only usable band is 1900, the other frequencies, 850/900, are apparently turned off, which leads to unusable signal strength in buildings and overall terrible cell reception.

I have one hooked up with Metropcs. Signals are baddddd! Only in certain areas you will get strong signals. Phone though is great! Fell more that 10x and its still works.

Came exactly as promised, had an issue with the shipping but in the end im happy with the product.

Simply excellent phone! No problems whatsoever! Battery capacity takes it to a whole new level.
