For health reasons I need protein shakes in the morning and I can't have gluten, so love these oats to bulk up my smoothies.

Good clean oats
I love these! The oats are jumbo as stated and not tiny flakes like some supposedly jumbo oats previously ordered. As the oats are bigger, be sure to cook them for long enough. My 8 year old has coeliac disease and he enjoys them daily cooked in coconut milk, with a tablespoon of berries and a dash of cinnamon. Delicious!

Overall, good value for money
So this is great value for money and I mostly use them for overnight oats or grind them.into oat flour for gluten free baking but the main let down is the odd husk in it which is off putting in overnight oats. They absorb my add ins well and taste lovely so husk is minor issue compared to the value and taste. A lot of oat dust though, if they were more whole, would be nicer I think.

Poor quality
The quality of the rolled oats was not as I expected. There was a minimal amount of whole grains and lots of dust. It looks like the scrapings from the bottom of the barrel. I won't be buying this again. Morrison's does a better quality gluten free oats which was out of stock so I got this one instead. 😔
