Bad installment of ac by worker also refused to clip the wires, we called multiple time in customer care but no results. They avoid task by saying it's like this only and never let them go till all work is done. As they promise they will finish it later but they will ignore you. Overall good produt but bad service by worker.

Just within the end of first year and just about the end of 1 year warranty period, a major Inverter PCB board stopped working. I need to pay full amount to get it repaired. I strongly recommend not to buy Blue Star ACs.

I recieved a damaged ac blade but I contacted the seller team and they helped me through it. Now the ac is full and functional.

Soundless and good air throw

The product was delivered late by 3 days and the outdoor units supplied had dents in it

Performance wise it is fine, this 5 star AC puts less pressure on the electricity bil.
