Can’t tell any difference. One and done!

Did not work very well. I ordered them for my wife. One capsule and 1 1/2 hours later she started to get stomach cramps. That night she was unable to eat dinner and actually threw up bile. She was not well until the next evening. Granted my wife had some digestive issues. Maybe if she didn't she may have benefitted from this product.

Purchased 2 bottles. Unfortunately, as much as I wish they worked for me, these did nothing to resolve the swelling in my feet. May work for someone else, I had no results, even minimal. UNABLE to recommend. Thankfully PureHealth stood behind their product, reached out and made things right. I am grateful for & appreciate all of their efforts, in addition to great customer service. 5 stars for great customer service and standing behind their product. I was frantic when my leg swelling happened. In 2 days , gone. I take every day. I have cut back to just one capsule instead of 2 . Can't believe it works but it has and continues.

I purchased 1 bottle to test and it worked for me as long as I take it every day. It seems to work best if I take it before I go to bed.cons:It's expensive and it doesn't taste greatbottom line is that it does work for me so I will be ordering more.
