Being an audiofile I wanted a quality cable for my stereo system and this one did not disappoint. When I connected by ipad to my stereo receiver there is crisp sound and you could hear all the intricate details of the music.Giving this cable 5 stars for quality and price. Highly recommend!

I get the impression that this is a company that cares about the quality of the product that it provides. Nicely finished. At a price.On short acquaintance, I take no issue as to the sound quality or the connections. I am running the connection to active speakers through RCA female to male cables from the same firm. There has been a discernible improvement from the splitter that I was using before.I doubt that longevity will be an issue as the connections are basically static. TV headphone jack out to RCA female on the speakers.What I would say, and the company might like to take note:1. There is no indication of the length of the split end of the lead. That matters to me and probably to others. Were there an option with a short jack end and a long split to the RCA male I could have done with two cable, and therefore fewer joint. At it is, the split at the RCA end is very short. That might suit some where the jack plug is to a mobile end such as a phone, but is not helpful where the L and R speakers with their single RCA connectionare placed apart.2. Having very faint red and white text to indicate which channel is L and R might seem classy but it is functionally third rate. Much better to have a large red R and a large white L. Or even a clearly visible ring in the appropriate colours.I hope that the manufacturers/distributors take note.

Good quality cable for connecting 3.5mm source (such as PC soundcard) to powered speakers or Hi-FI amplifier. Available in multiple lengths (+ other configurations are available such as 3.5mm-3.5mm, or RCa-RCA). I own many KabelDirect products and am always satisfied!

I have used KabelDirekt 3.5mm to 3.5mm cables before, with much improved sound quality especially in terms of the low frequencies. In fact I had tried one of the alternative manufacturers highly rated cables with more ratings to see what the fuss was about. I was disappointed, there was a lack of low frequencies, sounding lightweight in comparison. Point here is the cable can look nice, have 1000's of reviews but unless you hear them side by side you cannot be sure you are getting the best.With this cable I was replacing an old Fisual cable, a similarly cost effective cable that had been OK between a soundcard and a hifi system but knowing the difference the other KabelDirekt cables had made I was willing to try this one for such minimal cost (having spent over £50 pair on some other RCA cables in the past).Again I was bowled over with the improvement, sound characteristics were similar to the other KabelDirekt cables with an excellent low frequency response and tight controlled bass. Nice and balanced from low to high. They really shouldn't make that much difference for how much they cost.Highly recommend giving these a try.
