I believe the size runs small, waist and length. Quality is good and priced fair for sure- but was to small. Ordered L/XL and I would call it a bit shorter than tea length and the waist was definitely not that of a L, so no where near XL..

It worked well for my Halloween custom. Just what I needed .

I purchased this for my daughter’s cotillion and was definitely not as poofy as the photo. It didn’t fill her dress like I hoped.
