No it's not like a watch strap. It is stretchy to fit over your hand onto the wrist. Need to order to fit your wrist size

NO! - if you do the magnet will come out and there will be a residue . That will happen anyway in time. Be careful who the supplier is. We have had quite a few of these, asome of which do not come from Bioflow and are not covered by the normal Bioflow 6 month warranty
