This is a fantastic starter stick as is, you don’t need to swap a single thing. Very responsive buttons, and the Hyabusa stick is great, feels a bit better than the standard Sanwa JLF.The weight is great on your lap, but does tend to shift around bit playing on a desk. It’s a good trade because this is perfect to take to locals, the cable stores entirely inside and can be unwound to only the length you need. I unwind mine at the start of locals, and between matches just wrap the cable around the whole stick, and then at the end of the night store it back inside.But, if you’re an arcade stick fanatic like I am, you can change so much about this stick to meet your needs! I changed the art, the buttons to Crown 202’s, and the stick to a Sanwa JLX to match the feel of the stick I use on my desk at home.I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for their first stick, or someone looking for a travel stick with plenty of options for modification.

Never knew I wanted a fight stick until my brother showed me the Tekken 8 fight stick that is up for preorder. I looked it up on Amazon and wanted to preorder for myself, but ultimately decided on the Street Fighter 6 version because I really like the colors. Though this is my first fight/arcade stick I'm definitely impressed with the build quality and cable management. I considered other brands, but they were either too expensive or had some bad reviews and I didn't want to go thru any hassle with my first fight stick. I can say for a fact that its pretty frickin sweet to have the arcade feel at home minus the crowds and heavy machine. I can also definitely see why other fighting game enthusiasts like using fight sticks rather than a standard controller. This thing brings back some nostalgia from when I was a kid playing at the arcade machine stationed at a local grocery store in Mexico, can't say that I was any good at playing the games, but sure had a blast. I did also get around to playing a couple fighting games on my Steam Deck with this thing and I can say it works very well, the steam deck also recognizes the fight stick really quick which is definitely a plus! The only downside and minor gripe is that the fight stick is recognized as an Xbox Controller rather than a PlayStation controller, but not that big of a deal. Definitely still a great fight stick and feels very solid too!

User of the original PS3 Madcatz Fightstick TE here. Never modded it and kinda skipped fighting games last generation because of compatibility issues with ...everything except a PS3.Lately, knowing SF6 was on the way, I wanted to get back into fighting games so I got a Hori Fighting Commander OCTA which is great but the controller was too light and I didn't want to use my 3 fingers for 3P/3K so I returned it... just to realize SF6 doesn't have 3P/3K...Then I did some researches into modding my old TE and modernize it with their PCB but it was too expensive so I got the Brook Wingman FGC and pre ordered the Hori Fighting Stick Alpha SF6 edition.The Hori Fighting Stick Alpha is perfect for its weight, not too big, SF6 purple theme looks fantastic, easily portable, the Hayabusa stick, buttons feels great, bouncy, sensible and responsible.This fighting stick is great for everybody! Newcomers, experienced or professionnal fighting gamers, from PS5/PS4 or PC, Hori just made the new standard for fighting sticks!

This controller is so cool! The custom design is perfect for SF6 and in general it's awesome for any arcade game you want to try! It really has that feel like playing an actual arcade! Now the minor down side to it is that it doesn't work too well for others mainly like RPG's and such. There is some that you can play well with like for example Crash Bandicoot is one of them but again other RPG's may not be so compatible. So if your an arcade gamer then this is perfect for you! Really good buy I'm happy with it!

I absolutely love this arcade stick, I'm upgrading from my Razer Panthera and it's a huge upgrade. I love the SF6 aesthetic too it's super cool. It's super easy to customize as I already switched out the joystick and buttons to Sanwa parts.

I am by far not an expert gamer but I do like to spoil myself, this item pairs well with my PS5 w/purple plates.I will probably mod it in the future, like I did with my Mayflash f300, with Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT Joystick + Sanwa OBSF-30 Buttons. IMO, this is a good start for any beginner (gamer) wanting to experience the excitement of fighting games with a fightstick. This item came as described, slightly damaged box but like new fightstick, functional and in very good condition.👌This is coming from a 60y old man that just want to relax and enjoy life. 😉
