Wow I have always been jealous of my spouse who can lay down and sleep like she is dead to the world while I am often am a light sleeper getting up to pee several time during the night. No more I get 5 to 6 hours of hard sleep and then return to sleep after peeing for a total of 7 to 8 I wake fully rested with out the groggy dazed sleep from cough syrup after nights of no sleep. This is my first Amazon product review. Sleep is very important. I suffered from several serious sleep disturbances including broken sleep, excessive talking (entire lectures) and violent physical outbursts that put my partner and me (flung myself out of the bed on to the floor, punched the wall, bed, side table) at risk of physical harm. I take 2 capsules of CALMAGAIN at bedtime and the effect has been immediate. I had tried Magnesium and Lion's Mane with some benefit. Melatonin gave me a next day sleepiness hangover. Please if you have sleep disorders don't ignore them. Your physical and mental health is at risk. Poor sleep may be a precursor to neurodegenerative disease. I hope that if you try this remedy you experience a similar level of sleep improvement that i have. Be well.

I may have submitted a review for this product some time back which was patently unfair. I thought there were only a 10 day supply of pills in the bottle. Actually it is a month's worth & quite generous. I have had stomach surgery & there are many sleep aids which can hurt my stomach. I have had surgery & been looking for a sleep aid. This has been an answer to prayer. Most of the time it does successfully help me get to sleep and stay asleep which is a godsend. Also it has not put my stomach at risk.

No one in a testing by a company. I believe it really helps. There is a better product but it makes you sick to your stomach. This one is slower but I feel better.

had high hopes for this product, but it was a complete disappointment. As soon as I opened the bottle, I was hit with a strong rotten milk smell—absolutely disgusting. I decided to give it a try anyway, but I felt horrible while taking it lethargic, foggy-headed, and just overall unwell. It didn’t help my mood at all; in fact, I felt worse.After a while, I realized the bad smell was coming from the capsules themselves. Once I made that connection, I immediately stopped taking them. To my surprise, I felt so much better after stopping, which tells me this supplement was doing more harm than good.To make matters worse, the transparency label wouldn’t even scan, making me question the quality and legitimacy of the ingredients. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I am going thru menopause and have a very hard time sleeping. I started taking this at night about a month ago. I now sleep like I did before I had children. If you know, you know. I have to say though for me it works in about 30 mins. Then I need to be in bed. I only take 2 capsules instead of 3. Three made me a little groggy in the morning. The capsules are a little big so I take one at a time. I highly recommend!
