Confusing size
I have other products with different sizes, however this seems to be smaller than what I have, not transparent but its doing the job and I don’t regret it.

Very helpful with elastic nipples
I use a breast pump only and I had to buy the 19mm inserts because the manufacturer (Lansinoh) does not make my size flange. I use these with a bit of coconut oil or nipple cream and it has reduced nipple pain/irritation, reduced my stress levels, and increased milk output. These have been a life saver.
