I purchased these cocoa nibs for use in making a chocolate liqueur. The final product turned our great and the nibs seem to be excellent. I had no idea about the volume/weight on the nibs and ended up buying far more than I needed - still trying to figure out what I will do with the remainder. If you are looking for a volume per weight conversion on the nibs, I would estimate it is about 2 to 1. So if you need 6 ounces of nibs by volume, you can probably buy 3 ounces by weight.

Use them in cofee daily and get rid of sugar

I add one scoop of these raw cacao nibs to 5 scoops of coffee beans, grind them in our burr grinder, and then add a pinch of kosher salt prior to brewing in our coffee maker. Ok quality

I found the value for the money to be excellent in the 4 lb package. It was basically like a buy 3 get 1 free compared to other brands I shop. I used it to make nib to bar vegan dark chocolate (cacao nibs, turbinado sugar milled for 24 hours in a stone grinder) and it came out with what I'll call a "very classic" chocolate taste The chocolate flavor was very pronounced, not a lot of subtle undertones to the flavor but the flavor stays consistent - it doesn't leave a less pleasant after taste that I have experienced with some other nib to bar chocolates I've made. This will probably stay in my rotation since it was especially good for making vegan peanut butter cups (nib to bar chocolate, ground peanuts, salt prepped in a mini muffin mold - 10g ground peanuts per 20g chocolate straight from the mill).All that being said, I'm looking for something with more of the flavor of the fruity pulp of the cacao nib that I've experienced before and a bit more subtlety. Still a great value for the money and makes very good chocolate when milled.

I use these nibs to make gluten free low sugar cookies. If these are tasted on their own they are bitter without any sweetness, but in a cookie they give a good chocolate chip taste. My family loves these cookies. When I make regular chocolate chip and the cookies with the Cacao Nibs the nibs go first. Beware my most of my family are fitness crazy.

Love this brand 2nd purchase. So good in smoothies and nice cream. I add at the end and like it not pulverized so crunchy bits

pieces are smaller than what I get from a normal grocery store. But honestly, for the price, it is so worth it. organic cacao nibs at whole foods/fresh thyme market are normally priced at 12.99 per pound. This is a steal, and they're organic! I would pay this price for non-organic cacao nibs. Great flavor, taste just like the ones I get from the grocery store
