I am 100% satisfied with the Flapping Chirping Sparrow cat toy by Potaroma!!! My cat absolutely loves it!! The quality of the sparrow is very good. The feathers and fabric are great and very realistic.....including eyes, beak, etc. The weight also gives it a realistic feel. The chirping is authentic, and the volume is perfect. I love being able to plug it in and recharge the battery....so much better than buying batteries. The on/off switch and battery port are easy to get to and well protected. Our cat has pounced, kicked, bit, and tossed the sparrow, and it has held up perfectly. I had a question...sent Pataroma an email, and rec'd a prompt, courteous, personal, and helpful reply. I am very pleased with this purchase!!!

Just received this, and as I was opening the shipping box she anticipated it was for her, as she doesn't normally watch me open boxes except the ones that are for her--go figure. I got the bird out and she literally grabbed the bird out of my hand and began playing with it. I took a viedo but can't figure out how to upload it 😞, if I can I'll post it for you all.Shes been playing with it now for 15 minutes, ever since I got it put of its box.This is undoubtedly the best cat toy I've ever gotten for her. I did buy another birdie that tweeted only as I was very skeptical of this flapping one. She does play with the other one but doesn't play with it for long, mainly only to smack it once or twice.I've read alot of reviews on this flapping birdie, but remained skeptical about spending nearly $20 for it. But I finally bit the bullet and caved, and so happy I did. I just hope it doesn't die on us.It's the perfect size, it's soft, and those flapping wings make it more interesting and fun for her.It is functioning as advertised, it's so cute without any safety issues I can see.If anyone is still on the fence about buying this for their kitty rest assured it's worth the price.For what I've spent on toys I could have bought several of these flapping tweeting birds.I highly recommend it for your precious kitty.

Our tripod loves this! Kept him well entertained throughout the winter, because once my cats can go outside, they don't play with toys at all. He would fling this thing all around and you would hear it just smack so hard on our hard floors. It also flew down the stairs a few times and help up like a champ. We thought this would be the one where it will kind of fly around on its own, but it doesn't. Still flaps around good, even after sitting in the water bowl for a bit. Love the rechargeable and lasts pretty long. I don't think the sound it super annoying or maybe we have just gotten used to it.

My cat loves this flappy bird so much that it has to be recharged daily. She will play with it even after it stops flapping. We also have the floppy fish that she likes to carry up the stairs and toss down. Floppy fish has been abused and no longer flops quite right but she still throws it around anyways. These are awesome toys that interact only when they are touched and provide a lot of stimulation. My cat is less annoying and less destructive to my plants and decorations when she has toys of her own to keep her entertained. Love these cat toys. I will be purchasing more.

I bought two of these birds for my 5 cats. They LOVE them!!! They choose these over other toys. They do not fly people! The wings flapping will make them bounce across the kitchen floor, but no flying. The pounce on them, kick them, bite them. They are a lot of fun for them! The size is comparable to a real bird. They are very durable with 5 cats attacking them constantly. I haven't noticed any shedding, shredding or loss of feathers or eyes. They haven't killed them yet!! This is great entertainment for indoor cats who need extra enrichment! Very functional for its purpose. The chirping isn't too loud. They attack and play while I am sleeping, and it doesn't wake me up.

The video I saw on Instagram for the same toy was a bit misleading. In the video the bird was flying on its own and flapping its wings. Technically you're supposed to hang it with a string toy and then make it fly yourself, which is fine tbh. I did not try putting any catnip in it because I don't have a small pouch and I don't want to get the whole toy dirty. That being said, my cat already likes to play with it and I really like the fact that it starts flapping its wings as soon as someone touches it. So it's fun!

My 5 cats LOVE this cute & fun toy! I attached a strand of elastic string to the tiny loop on it's back and afixed it to one of the shelf tier beds on their cat tree. That way it bounces when they swat it and they absolutely bug out over it. Even when it loses charge, they still love it because it keeps moving lol I just plug the charger into it when necessary right where it hangs and it charges real quick, too. 10/10 would absolutely buy this toy again!!

The media could not be loaded. My foster cat loves this toy and is entertained by it. It comes with a usb charger wire so you can use your own charging block to charge it. Mine arrived with enough power so that the cat was able to try it out for a bit. I changed it for about 30 minutes & it seemed fully charged. It has an on/off button so you can turn it off when you’re ready. It flaps & chirps for a bit and then goes silent and then restarts when touched. Both my foster cat and my small dog have been enjoying it. So far, I really recommend this toy for value & entertainment compared to pet store prices.
