This product has been a Godsend for me. I take it daily to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs), and it really does work. I have a kidney condition called MSK which makes me predisposed to UTIs. In fact, I used to get them frequently - even as a child, I had recurrent cystitis. A nightmare - especially for someone with a low tolerance of antibiotics. On diagnosis with MSK 15 years ago, I was told that I was looking at a lifetime of infection and pain! But so long as I take Uva Ursi daily, I am free of UTIs (apart from when I'm passing a kidney stone, which cannot be avoided). Remarkably effective, and a real gift for those afflicted by debilitating urinary infections.

I get UTI every month and it was really getting me down ringing the gp. In desperation I bought this. It is brilliant. It works. I use it for one day and my symptoms go. It kind of tastes like herbal grass, not pleasant though not terrible, just drink it down in one go in a little bit of water. I will always have this in my medicine cabinet now. It's a godsend for me.

I was suffering from the worst bout of UTI for years and unknown to me was showing itself up as a kidney infection as well, I had not been well for a week before hand suffering from the winter sickness bug ,then went on to have this UTI infection ,knowing what I was like with tablets I saw this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. After putting 15 drops in water then drinking it ,I thought the taste was awful but I thought never mind the taste does it work . After having four dose"s I could start to see it was going to work, so it saved me from the dreaded Antibiotics . I will keep what is left in case it starts to have a comeback, as to me it was well worth the money.

I suffer badly with UTIs and read about this. Now I was taking it alongside anti biotics so can’t prove this actually had much affect but within hours of taking the first dose, I was in much less discomfort. The taste isn’t too bad - better than a lot of stuff like this - kind of cumcumbery but I happen to hate cucumber so don’t rate the taste! Definitely worth a go for the money

This product has really helped alleviate my cystitis symptoms within a matter of days. The bottle is quite small however I think it would last a really long time as you only need 15 drops each time. The only slight negative is that it tastes very mildly earthy like grass, but it’s so mild you won’t even notice if you drink it straight away. Small price to pay!

Easy to use and no problems with the taste as some have suggested when mixed with a little cranberry juice. Unfortunately despite using it diligently it wasn’t able to make much difference to my UTI and I had to resort to going to GP for antibiotics. However it might work for others.

I thought I had the flu, and after weeks of not going away, even with garlic (our perfect natural antibiotic), I decided to give these two product a go as by then I realised I had an upper respiratory tract infection, plus a kidney/urinary infection. I don’t usually leave reviews but this has worked so quickly for me - with in 24 hours the burning sensation had gone - I took it 4/5 times a day initially. Worked really well for me and will definitely keep taking when needed.
